By accessing our website ergoclean.ca or engaging ErgoClean Inc. ("ErgoClean," "we," "us") for commercial cleaning or related services in the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

ErgoClean provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, and related services as described on our website and in any written quote or service agreement. Specific scope, schedule, and pricing will be set out in your service agreement or quote.

3. Quotes and Contracts

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to change. A binding contract is formed when you accept a quote or sign a service agreement. You agree to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or signing agreements.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be as specified in your service agreement. You agree to pay all invoiced amounts by the due date. Late payments may be subject to interest or other charges as set out in your agreement. We are bonded and insured as disclosed in our materials.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation or changes to services must be communicated in accordance with your service agreement. We will work with you to reschedule or adjust services where reasonably possible. Repeated no-access or last-minute cancellations may affect continued service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ErgoClean's liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated means to scrape or collect data without permission, or otherwise misuse the site. Content on the site is for general information and may be updated without notice.
